An electronics graduate, Nikhil joined Direxions in 2013 after stints with leading CRM agencies such as iContract and Wunderman. His clients included stand-alone loyalty programs ranging from Allen Solly, Louis Philippe and Van Heusen to Enamor and TVS Motors) across Industry sectors such as Retail, Automotive, Apparel and FMCG as well as coalition loyalty programs - Payback (India). He also launched the first multi-currency coalition loyalty program in the Middle East (Amber, U.A.E) and was its program manager for 3 years.
At Direxions he is responsible for the growth of the company in the Southern Region, with operations centered at Bangalore. In his spare time he enjoys a game of Tennis and long drives.
